Use the manual for your exact battery or charger model. To request documentation, email Services@greebattery.com or contact Gree Battery support.

What to include

• The model number shown on the product label.
• Your order number, if available.
• A clear photo of the product label when the model is uncertain.
• The document you need: user manual, installation instructions, charging guidance or product specifications.

Before installation or charging

Ask support to confirm which document applies to your model and version. Confirm charger compatibility and any proposed series or parallel configuration using the applicable product instructions.
